Head of QHSE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of QHSE to join a large and complex estate during a significant period of operational and strategic development.
This immediate interim assignment will provide leadership across quality, health, safety and environmental management, supporting both day-to-day operations and a substantial programme of infrastructure and development activity.
You will be responsible for driving governance, assurance and risk management across a diverse portfolio of operational, facilities management, contractor and project-based activities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will help ensure a safe, compliant and resilient environment while supporting long-term growth plans.

Key Requirements
- Senior leadership experience within a QHSE, HSEQ or SHEQ function.
- Strong background in governance, assurance, compliance and risk management.
- Experience leading contractor management and supplier assurance programmes.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Experience within complex estates, property, facilities management, infrastructure or operational environments.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across senior stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting major projects, organisational change or estate development programmes would be advantageous.
