Interim Head of Technology
Initial 6 month contract, £700-£800pd inside IR35, remote with occasional travel to London
We’re supporting a charity in the appointment of an interim Head of Technology to lead and develop their Information Systems function.
This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for an 18-person Information Systems team, while taking a fresh look at the organisation’s technology landscape and how it needs to evolve.

- Leading, developing and motivating an 18-person Information Systems team
- Reviewing the current technology landscape, processes, ways of working and technical debt
- Developing a clear future technology roadmap and strategy, aligned to organisational priorities
- Asking the right questions, challenging existing thinking and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Providing strong architecture and technology leadership, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and fit for purpose
- Improving processes, governance and ways of working across the technology function
- Overseeing and developing a predominantly Microsoft technology environment, including M365, Azure, SQL, Power BI and Power Platform
- Leading the strategic review and consolidation of three existing CRM platforms, creating a more joined-up and effective approach to customer and stakeholder data
