We're partnering with a prestigious luxury skincare brand to recruit an Interim Head of Training & Education on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
This is a highly visible leadership role that combines strategic education development with hands-on training excellence. You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering the brand's global education strategy, ensuring spa partners, retail teams and internal stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge, confidence and expertise to deliver exceptional product experiences and treatment standards.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll lead the development of innovative training programmes, oversee new treatment and product education, support partner onboarding, and drive consistent excellence across a global network of luxury spa and retail partners. You'll also play a key role in identifying new treatment concepts and elevating the overall customer experience through education-led initiatives.

We're looking to speak with experienced education leaders from the luxury skincare, spa or wellness sectors who bring a strong understanding of treatments, therapist development and adult learning. Experience leading international training programmes, engaging diverse audiences, and managing high-profile partner relationships will be highly advantageous.
