Day Rate: £400-£450 per day plus accommodation if required

We are supporting a well-established care provider with the appointment of an Interim Home Manager to take the lead within a modern nursing service and make an immediate impact. This is an opportunity for a confident, hands-on manager to step into a well-established service, lead from the front and provide stability, direction and strong leadership during an important period of transition.
The Opportunity
You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring residents continue to receive exceptional, person-centred care while supporting and motivating the wider team.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Provide visible, inspiring leadership to the team
- Drive high standards across care, compliance and governance
- Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and staff
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement positive change
- Support team development, engagement and performance
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the home continues to perform strongly
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a proven Interim Manager who can quickly establish themselves, understand the priorities of a service and confidently take the reins.

- Strong previous Home Management experience
- A solid understanding of CQC and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The confidence to lead through change
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
