About the Role
As an Interim HR Advisor in the healthcare sector, you will support the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and effective employee management. From handling queries to supporting HR projects, this role plays a key part in maintaining efficient HR services.

Description
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
- Support with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Handle general HR queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistent service delivery.

Profile
A Successful Interim HR Advisor Should Have
- Experience in a similar HR advisory role, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Fixed-term contract offering stability for the duration of the role.
