A forward-thinking technology business based near Reading is seeking an experienced Interim HR Advisor to join their HR team for an initial contract expected to last several months. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation that is committed to providing an exceptional employee experience and delivering a high-quality HR service to both employees and managers.
Role Overview
As Interim HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the full employee life cycle while helping to deliver an efficient and professional HR operations service.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a range of employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Providing practical and commercially focused HR advice to managers.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction activities.
- Assisting with employee life cycle processes including contract changes, promotions, leavers and organisational changes.
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Contributing to the delivery of a positive employee experience across the business.

Requirements
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience working at HR Advisor level within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage cases independently.
- A broad HR generalist background covering the full employee life cycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A pragmatic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
