Interim HR Advisor
As an Interim HR Advisor you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations. From advising on HR policies to assisting with employee relations, your work will help ensure the smooth running of the HR function.

A well established business with head office based in Hull
Description
- Working closely to support the HRBP's
- Provide expert advice and support on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
- Advise on employee relations matters, including handling queries and resolving issues.
- Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development activities to support employee growth.
- Provide data and reports to assist in HR decision-making.

Profile
A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
