Description
As HR Business Partner, you will:
- Partner with senior leaders to support strategic objectives and workforce planning.
- Lead and support organisational change, transformation, and restructuring projects.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations and employment law matters.
- Coach and support managers to build capability and confidence in people management.
- Use workforce data and insights to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
- Collaborate with wider HR teams to deliver learning, talent, and organisational development initiatives.
- Lead engagement and wellbeing activity across allocated business areas.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted HR advisor and change agent.

Profile
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate:
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience and qualification).
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within a large and complex organisation.
- Strong employee relations and employment law expertise.
- A track record of successfully leading change and transformation programmes.
- Experience influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
- Strong coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within the public sector, higher education, NHS, local government, or similarly complex environments would be highly advantageous.

Job Offer
- Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 FTE
- Contract: Fixed-Term Contract until July 2027
- Location: North Leeds
- Working Pattern: Hybrid, with approximately 2 days per week onsite
