This is a contract role for 12 months, however could well lead to a permanent opportunity.

We are seeking a HR Business Partner who thrives on operational execution and navigating complex employee relations to join a major consulting firm. The position provides strategic and BAU support to senior-level stakeholders within a dispersed UK team during a period of organisational change.

The Role

  • Driving BAU partnering, including support for reward cycles and operational execution.
  • Supporting ongoing, programme-managed change management activity.
  • Confidently facing off to and influencing VP-level leadership.
  • Collaborating with a team of 4–5 peers to ensure consistent delivery across business areas.

Requirements

  • Strong, demonstrable experience as a HR Business Partner is essential, having covered the full people mix.
  • Proven ability to partner with and challenge senior executives.
  • Familiarity with supporting business change.
  • Comfortable moving between dedicated business areas and project-based work.

Working Style

The work can be delivered predominately on a remote basis however there will be an expectation to visit sites in London and Colchester roughly every other week. Please only apply if you can commit to this travel. Travel will be expensed.
