Are you a pragmatic, hands-on HR Business Partner with extensive experience supporting global change and restructuring programmes?

We are seeking an experienced HRBP to join a fast-paced, global organisation and play a critical role in delivering complex organisational change activity across multiple regions, with a particular focus on the UK & Ireland.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is comfortable working within a complex global matrix environment where processes may be manual and evolving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of global restructuring and organisational change programmes.
  • Coordinate project plans, track milestones and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Review and adapt consultation and communication materials, including scripts for 1:1 meetings.
  • Support managers throughout consultation processes and participate in employee meetings where required.
  • Prepare and administer employee documentation and letters, primarily across the UK & Ireland.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing timely and practical advice.
  • Develop and maintain FAQs and Q&A responses to support change communications.
  • Coach and support line managers in handling sensitive and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Partner with HR colleagues, business leaders and project teams to ensure a consistent employee experience throughout the change process.
  • Ensure all activity is delivered in line with employment legislation, policy and best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
