Interim HR Business Partner

A charity based in London is looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to join for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) during a period of change. The role is to support the clinical side of the business to improve the delivery of services. The role is fully remote.

Description

An Interim HR Business Partner to:

  • Provide HR Partnering guidance and advice to your clinical client group
  • Lead transformation and change in the clinical directorate including organisational change, and developing action plans to ensure that key milestones and deliverables are met
  • Coach and advise senior clinical leaders
  • Advise on organisational change and consultations
  • Ensure the directorate meets strategic objectives
  • Improve overall engagement and employee experience

An Interim HR Business Partner with:

  • Experience in supporting clinical or medical staff
  • Experience in making improvements to your client group
  • Knowledge of clinical T&C's
