An Education organisation, based in London with hybrid working, is looking for an Interim HR Change Lead to join for 3 months initially to support a variety of change programs.

Description
An Interim HR Change Lead to:
- Support an organisation through a period of change: trade union consultations, redundancies, restructure, redeployment, and consultations
- Utilise ER and employment law knowledge to identify legal or ER implications and mitigate risk
- Provide support to stakeholders during a period of change with clear communication
- Develop and implement structural proposals
- Deliver consultations processes
- Support new ways of working
- Develop FAQ's where necessary
