An Education organisation are looking for an Interim HR Change Lead

An Education organisation, based in London with hybrid working, is looking for an Interim HR Change Lead to join for 3 months initially to support a variety of change programs.

Description

An Interim HR Change Lead to:

  • Support an organisation through a period of change: trade union consultations, redundancies, restructure, redeployment, and consultations
  • Utilise ER and employment law knowledge to identify legal or ER implications and mitigate risk
  • Provide support to stakeholders during a period of change with clear communication
  • Develop and implement structural proposals
  • Deliver consultations processes
  • Support new ways of working
  • Develop FAQ's where necessary
