Interim HR Coordinator, 2 months - East London - Leading FE College - £20 per hour (Umbrella)

This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available HR Coordinator to join a leading FE College based in East London.

Role Description

Reporting into an HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing a proactive and efficient HR administration service. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Assisting with embedding HR policies and procedures across the College
  • Providing first line advice and guidance to managers on a range of employment issues
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner with employee relations cases and with recruitment
  • Working in partnership with managers to ensure all HR and Recruitment documentation are completed accurately
  • Taking ownership of administrative changes
  • Managing the HR inbox in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the Single Central Record is fully compliant
  • Providing support for the full recruitment cycle
  • Maintaining the HR system

Requirements

You should be an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator with experience of HR, Payroll and Recruitment administration ideally gained in the Education sector. Experience of working with HR Systems (preferably I-Trent) needs to be combined with a proven ability to provide guidance on policies and processes. Maths and English at GCSE level 4 is essential. It is also essential that you have excellent organisational skills and are able to multitask.
