HR Coordinator | 12-Month FTC | £33,000 | North London | Full-Time On-Site

This is a busy, hands-on role supporting a high-performing HR team across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be someone who enjoys working at pace, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a first-class HR service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR, Learning & Development and Recruitment queries, managing the shared HR inbox and providing an efficient, professional service.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and act as a super user for the HR system.
  • Coordinate all HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, contract amendments, onboarding, leavers and exit interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Produce and maintain HR documentation to support legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate updates to the employee handbook, policies and associated documentation.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to review, improve and embed HR processes.
  • Support the annual salary and bonus review process.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for HR and Learning & Development initiatives and events.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Previous UK experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
  • The ability to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract and start on 17th August.
