Interim HR Manager

An education organisation are looking for an Interim HR Manager to join for 3-6 months initially. This is a standalone role to manage 2 schools, managing the full employee lifecycle. The role is based in London.

Description

An Interim HR Manager to:

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle and deliver organisational transformation work for the school
  • Strong track record of leading complex employee relations and organisational change within the education or public sector over a short period.
  • The role will focus on addressing a number of historically inherited priorities
    • Strengthening safer recruitment compliance and resolving historic gaps.
    • Reviewing and improving absence management processes.
    • Supporting organisational restructuring and workforce change.
    • Auditing and ensuring compliance of the Single Central Record (SCR).
    • Reviewing contracts, policies and HR procedures to ensure statutory compliance.
    • Supporting employee relations casework and improving management practice.
    • Helping establish sustainable HR systems, governance and workforce planning.

Profile

An Interim HR Manager with:

  • Ideally on the DBS update service
  • Available to start mid to end of August
  • Full employee lifecycle HR experience
  • Experience working in the Education sector and experience of leading on the SCR and safer recruitment
