Interim HR Manager
An education organisation are looking for an Interim HR Manager to join for 3-6 months initially. This is a standalone role to manage 2 schools, managing the full employee lifecycle. The role is based in London.

Description
An Interim HR Manager to:
- Lead the full employee lifecycle and deliver organisational transformation work for the school
- Strong track record of leading complex employee relations and organisational change within the education or public sector over a short period.
- The role will focus on addressing a number of historically inherited priorities
- Strengthening safer recruitment compliance and resolving historic gaps.
- Reviewing and improving absence management processes.
- Supporting organisational restructuring and workforce change.
- Auditing and ensuring compliance of the Single Central Record (SCR).
- Reviewing contracts, policies and HR procedures to ensure statutory compliance.
- Supporting employee relations casework and improving management practice.
- Helping establish sustainable HR systems, governance and workforce planning.

Profile
An Interim HR Manager with:
- Ideally on the DBS update service
- Available to start mid to end of August
- Full employee lifecycle HR experience
- Experience working in the Education sector and experience of leading on the SCR and safer recruitment
Job Offer
