Description
- Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new staff.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce relevant reports as needed.
- Advise and support managers on performance management processes.
- Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication of HR policies across the organisation.

Profile
A successful Interim HR Manager should have:
- Experience in HR management, ideally within the education sector.
- A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence in managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.

Job Offer
- Salary: up to £30 per hour dependent on the level of experience.
