Role Overview
You will be the backbone of the HR operations, acting as the first point of contact for employees and delivering across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding. A key part of the role is managing end-to-end payroll for the UK workforce through Deel, requiring strong payroll expertise, hands-on Deel experience, and a solid understanding of UK employment law to ensure an efficient and compliant people function.

Description
- Manage end-to-end UK payroll through Deel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and employment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, payroll legislation, and Right to Work requirements.
- Lead employee relations activities, absence management, and HR administration.
- Drive continuous improvements across HR and payroll processes.

Profile
- Proven experience in a HR and Payroll role with responsibility for end-to-end payroll.
- Hands-on experience using Deel for payroll and employee administration is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, payroll processes, and HR best practice.
- Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.

Job Offer
- £23- 25 ph
