Interim HRBP Role
An Interim HRBP role for a 12-month FTC based out of Sheffield with travel to Leeds and Warrington. Reporting into the Head of HR working as part of a HRBP Team in a generalist role partnering your business areas.

A well-established fast-paced construction business with UK presence.
Description
- Reporting into the Head of HR working in a team of 3 HR Business Partners
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
- Partnering with the Directors in your business areas - Sheffield, Leeds, and Warrington
- Lead on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Advise on HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Contribute to workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and performance.

Profile
A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:
- Experience in HR advisory or business partnering roles within the property sector or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations cases confidently.
- Skills in HR data analysis and reporting.
- Experience managing HR projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Offer
- Salary up to £42k
- Car allowance of £5,800
- 10% performance-based bonus
- 12-month FTC
- Based out of Sheffield with travel to Leeds and Warrington
- Option to WFH 1-2 days per week
