Immediate start

I am partnering with a large, purpose-led organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their established People team.

This is a broad, operational HRBP role offering the opportunity to partner closely with managers and senior stakeholders across a complex organisation. You'll act as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice while helping leaders navigate people challenges, organisational change, and evolving business priorities.

The role would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and building strong relationships with stakeholders, while still remaining hands-on across employee relations, change, and wider people initiatives.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Partner with managers and senior stakeholders across designated business areas, building strong relationships and developing a thorough understanding of their priorities and people challenges.
  • Provide high-quality advice, guidance, and coaching across the full employee lifecycle, enabling managers to confidently manage their teams.
  • Proactively identify people-related risks, trends, and opportunities and work with stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Support organisational change programmes, including restructures and TUPE, ensuring activity is managed effectively and in line with employment legislation.
  • Work closely with specialist People teams across Employee Relations, Recruitment, Reward, HR Operations, Systems, and Organisational Development.
  • Support managers with workforce and people planning, ensuring HR activity is aligned with wider business objectives.
  • Use HR data, management information, and employee insights to identify trends and support effective decision-making.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring a consistent, pragmatic, and commercially considered approach.
  • Contribute to wider HR projects and initiatives, supporting continuous improvement across the People function.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice, ensuring policies and processes remain relevant and effective.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
