About Us
Helios is a leading provider of neurodevelopmental assessment and treatment services. Through our Helios brand, we work in partnership with the NHS to deliver high-quality clinical services, helping to improve access to assessment, mental health support, and care. Our private brand, Melios, supports employers, employees, and direct-to-consumer customers, providing neurodevelopmental assessment, treatment, and ongoing support.
As both brands continue to grow, we’re investing in our CRM capability to create a more connected, data-driven customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape how CRM supports two distinct audiences while creating a scalable platform for future growth.
The Role
We're looking for a HubSpot specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of our CRM capability across both Healios and Melios.
This is not a traditional CRM campaign management role. We're looking for someone who has successfully implemented and optimised HubSpot for growing organisations, ideally within a HubSpot Solutions Partner, Revenue Operations (RevOps) consultancy, or high-growth commercial environment.
You will own the technical configuration of HubSpot, redesign our CRM architecture, and establish scalable sales, marketing, and reporting processes that support future growth.
Working across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Digital, you'll create a robust CRM ecosystem that enables lifecycle marketing, sales automation, attribution reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the CRM capability of two growing brands, creating a connected, insight-led customer experience that delivers measurable impact across sales, marketing, and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimisation of the HubSpot CRM architecture across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM.
- Redesign and implement the CRM data model, object relationships, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and sales pipeline architecture.
- Establish robust CRM governance, including data validation, deduplication, data quality processes, and ongoing CRM hygiene.
- Configure custom properties, objects, associations, and business logic to support multiple business units and customer journeys.
- Develop scalable lead management processes, including MQL, SQL, and opportunity definitions, lead routing, ownership, and lead scoring.
- Configure Sales Hub to support the commercial team, including pipelines, deal stages, sequences, playbooks, templates, and task automation.
- Build sophisticated lifecycle marketing programmes using workflows, automation, nurture journeys, dynamic segmentation, and personalised communications.
- Design and implement marketing automations, email templates, marketing assets, and campaign workflows that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop scalable customer segmentation frameworks that enable persona-based targeting and personalised customer experiences.
- Lead the integration of HubSpot with websites, Panacea, and other third-party business systems, ensuring robust data architecture and synchronisation across platforms.
- Work with internal and external technical teams to support API integrations and future system enhancements where required.
- Design executive dashboards and end-to-end reporting that tracks performance from enquiry through to revenue, including attribution reporting and customer lifecycle performance.
- Develop reporting and measurement frameworks that provide actionable commercial insight and enable continuous optimisation.
- Document CRM architecture, governance, and best practice processes to ensure long-term scalability.
- Provide training and support to Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to maximise CRM adoption and ensure consistent use of HubSpot.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Content teams to translate commercial objectives into scalable CRM solutions.
- Develop a roadmap for future CRM capability, ensuring HubSpot supports business growth, future AI-driven personalisation, and evolving commercial requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
