Interim HR Advisor
Elevation HR are delighted to be working with a successful Engineering Business based in Huddersfield as they look to appoint an Interim HR Advisor on a full-time basis. The role will be for 12 months in the first instance.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the role will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the business to coach and advise on HR related issues including:
- Managing a high volume of employee relations casework advising managers on employment law
- Handle complex and sensitive cases by providing clear, practical advice and make timely decisions
- Coaching and guiding managers on HR policies, processes and embedding best practice across the business
- Supporting apprentice performance reviews and development conversations and interviews
- Prioritise a varied workload in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Build strong relationships with union representatives and support effective union engagement

Requirements
The right person for this HR Advisor role will have the following attributes:
- At least 2 years' experience in a HR Advisor role or above, preferably in an FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics/Distribution environment
- Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards this
- Experienced in dealing with high-volume complex ER casework
- Must be able to start by mid-November 2026
