🚀 We’re hiring: HR Advisor | £37,000–£40,000 | 15-month FTC
Looking for an HR role where you can do more than just manage a case load? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join us at Childbase Partnership on a 15-month fixed-term contract, supporting our nursery teams across the business while getting involved in wider people projects, policy development and employee wellbeing.
📍 Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes | Hybrid
💰 £37,000–£40,000
⏰ 40 hours per week | Permanent
🚗 Some travel to our nurseries across the UK
This is a brilliant opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys the variety of a true generalist role. You’ll provide trusted advice to managers, manage a range of employee relations cases and have the opportunity to influence how we support our people across Childbase.

We’re looking for someone with strong employee relations experience, a good working knowledge of UK employment law and the confidence to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll hold a CIPD qualification at Level 3 or above, with Level 5+ preferred.
