Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim HR Business Partner to support a major organisational transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support
  • Support organisational change, restructures and transformation projects
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters
  • Drive workforce planning and service improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with managers and key stakeholders
  • Ensure HR practices align with employment legislation and organisational priorities

About You:

  • HR Business Partner experience within Local Government
  • Strong background in organisational change and transformation
  • Confident managing complex employee relations cases
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment
