Project HR Business Partner Manager

Location: West London (Hybrid Working)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract – 8 Months (September 2026 to April 2027)
Rate: Competitive, inside IR35

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to support a large-scale business transformation programme within a well-established global organisation. This role will play a key part in delivering organisational change across both field-based and office-based employee populations, ensuring people-related activities are managed effectively, compliantly, and with a strong focus on employee experience.

The Role

As a Project HR Business Partner Manager, you will support the delivery of a significant transformation programme, partnering with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and wider business functions. The role combines HR expertise, project management, and change delivery to ensure organisational changes are implemented successfully and in line with employment legislation and internal governance.

You will be responsible for coordinating complex change activities, managing project plans and governance, supporting consultation processes where required, and ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of organisation-wide change and transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate change management activities, ensuring compliance with employment law, internal policies, and agreed timelines.
  • Support consultation and communication processes, ensuring employees are managed fairly and consistently throughout periods of change.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain effective governance and decision-making.
  • Manage project plans, actions, risks, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
  • Track employee impacts, change outcomes, feedback, and programme progress through accurate reporting and dashboards.
  • Produce presentations, updates, and reports for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate meetings, record actions and minutes, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience supporting complex organisational change, transformation, or restructuring programmes.
  • Strong project management experience, including governance, risk management, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience supporting consultation processes, organisational design activity, and people change initiatives.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to analyse data and present meaningful insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience producing presentations, reports, and project documentation.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to drive progress and maintain momentum.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting organisational change within commercial or sales-focused environments.
  • Exposure to redundancy programmes, employee consultation processes, and workforce transition activity.
  • Experience producing management information and reporting for senior leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Project management or change management qualifications/training would be advantageous.
