Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our manufacturing business on a flexible, interim basis.
The immediate priority will be helping us recruit a number of key engineering and management positions, but the role will also provide practical HR support and advice to the management team.

We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced and commercially pragmatic.
- Comfortable working in an SME manufacturing environment.
- Confident dealing directly with managers and employees.
- Able to recruit and assess senior candidates.
- Able to proactively use recruitment platforms and head hunt if appropriate.
- Must be hands-on and organised rather than purely strategic.
- Able to challenge management constructively when necessary.
This would suit someone looking for an interim, part-time or portfolio role.
Location: Harlow, Essex / some flexibility
Duration: Initially 2–4 months
Commitment: Approximately 2–3 days per week
