Allwyn Interim Investor Relations Senior Manager
Allwyn is a leading multi-national lottery and gaming operator, listed on Euronext Athens, with a market capitalisation of €10bn.
Following the recent combination of Allwyn and OPAP and the listing of the combined company, Allwyn is looking for an Interim Investor Relations Senior Manager to join its IR team in London. The Group places significant importance on delivering best-in-class investor relations, as it continues to expand sell-side research coverage while maintaining strong and proactive engagement with investors.
This is a hands-on interim role for an experienced IR professional who can quickly step into the business and support the delivery of key investor relations activities. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and teams across Allwyn, helping ensure clear and consistent communication of the Group’s performance, strategy and market positioning.
What you’ll do
- Lead the preparation of investor materials, including results presentations, press releases, Q&A and briefing documents.
- Support the delivery of quarterly results and annual reporting, working closely with Finance and senior stakeholders.
- Shape clear and consistent messaging across investor communications.
- Support investor meetings, conference calls and other investor engagement.
- Work closely with Finance, Corporate Communications and teams across Allwyn’s markets to coordinate inputs and messaging.
- Prepare materials and updates for senior management and the Board.
- Monitor market, competitor and industry developments and provide relevant insights.
- Support capital markets activities as required.

What do you need to succeed?
- 10+ years’ experience in Investor Relations, equity research, investment banking or a similar field
- Experience working in an established IR team (FTSE 100/350 or similar environment preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital markets and investor expectations
- Experience leading results processes and preparing high-quality investor-facing materials
- Confidence working directly with senior leadership, investors and analysts
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand a complex, multi-market business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work at pace, manage multiple priorities and deliver with limited ramp-up time
- Fluency in English (spoken/written) in a corporate environment
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
