Interim IT Review & Strategy Lead
UK healthcare services provider | Fixed term, 6 months+ | Day rate or FTC | Hybrid
Rinnova is working with a well-established UK healthcare services provider. It runs multiple services nationally and employs several thousand people. Its technology hasn't kept pace with the organisation, and it wants an experienced technology leader to take a full, honest look at where things stand and set out a clear path forward.
The role
You'll come in at executive level with a broad brief. You'll review IT across the business, report back plainly on what you find, and recommend what needs to change and how. Capable IT leads already run day-to-day delivery in the operating divisions. What's missing is someone who understands technology end to end and can set direction.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- A strong record of diagnostic reviews and strategy work that led to real change
