Ideal Candidate Experience
We are seeking an ideal candidate with the following experience:
- Qualified lawyer with 2-6 years PQE and a strong academic background.
- Significant expertise in commercial contracts law.
- Experience negotiating, drafting, and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements including, but not limited to, Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Outsourcing Agreements, and IT services and software licensing agreements.
- Experience across sectors like Energy, Technology and Retail is a plus.
