An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Legal Counsel to join a leading media business on an initial 3-month contract with an immediate start.
This is a hands-on commercial role supporting a busy legal team, advising on a broad range of commercial agreements and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
The role:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs and supplier/customer agreements.
- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across the business.
- Managing contractual risk and supporting day-to-day legal matters.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate efficient deal execution.

The ideal candidate:
- Qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house and/or private practice.
- Experience working within the media, advertising, marketing or digital sector is highly desirable.
- Media buying experience would be a significant advantage, but is not essential.
- Confident negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, particularly MSAs and SOWs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to start immediately or at short notice.
