We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Corporate Counsel to support a growing energy company on a 6 month contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate lawyer with strong M&A experience to work on high-profile UK and EMEA transactions within a flexible and collaborative environment.
The Role
Seeking an experienced M&A lawyer to provide additional in-house support during a period of rapid growth. You will manage European transactions, work closely with external counsel, and help drive deals to completion. Cross-border transaction experience and confidence working across multiple jurisdictions are highly desirable.

Key Requirements
- Strong M&A experience ideally within Europe and UK
- Ideally UK qualified, however candidates qualified in other jurisdictions with strong experience of UK law are encouraged to apply
- Renewable energy or infrastructure sector experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
- Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced deal environment

Contract Details
- Interim contract: estimated duration 6 months
- Day Rate
- Preferred start date: early November
- Flexible working arrangement
