We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Project Finance Lawyer to support a growing energy company on a 6 month contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance lawyer with strong project finance experience to work on high-profile UK and EMEA transactions within a flexible and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will provide support across a range of project financing matters as well as corporate transactions. The role will involve advising on financing structures, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation, and supporting transaction execution alongside internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in project finance transactions
  • Strong M&A experience ideally within Europe and UK
  • Ideally UK qualified, however candidates qualified in other jurisdictions with strong experience of UK law governed finance transactions are encouraged to apply
  • Renewable energy or infrastructure sector experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
  • Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced deal environment

Contract Details

  • Interim contract: estimated duration 6 months
  • Day Rate
  • Preferred start date: early November
  • Flexible working arrangement
