About the job

Our client, a leading international consumer goods company, is seeking an experienced Legal Operations & Company Secretarial Coordinator to provide interim support to their UK legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative legal team supporting a complex UK entity structure, with responsibility for company secretarial activities, board support, statutory compliance and wider legal team administration.

Key Details

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Approximately four months, through to the end of the year
  • Working Pattern: Full-time
  • Location: London (Uxbridge)
  • Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote)
  • Equipment: Provided
  • Rate: £Day Rate DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing company and director information across multiple UK entities
  • Coordinating director changes, subsidiary maintenance and Companies House filings
  • Supporting routine board meetings, including preparing agendas, board packs and meeting documentation
  • Drafting board minutes using established precedents
  • Coordinating corporate actions and ensuring key governance deadlines are met
  • Maintaining governance calendars, tracking filing dates, board meetings and compliance obligations
  • Preparing and coordinating statutory filings and wider corporate compliance requirements
  • Supporting governance reporting and audit processes
  • Managing legal team systems, including LawVu and SharePoint, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
  • Supporting invoice processing and budget tracking
  • Maintaining training registers and supporting onboarding activities
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider legal team as required

  • Previous Company Secretarial and Legal Operations experience essential
  • Experience with Companies House filings, director changes, subsidiary maintenance and board support
  • Understanding of statutory compliance, governance processes and corporate records
  • Experience supporting legal operations, including systems, compliance reporting, audits and general team administration
  • Familiarity with LawVu, SharePoint or similar systems advantageous

The role would particularly suit someone who enjoys a combination of technical Company Secretarial work and hands-on legal team administration.
