Interim Legal Operations Manager
3-9 Month Contract | Potential Permanent Opportunity

Our client is an innovative global technology business transforming how people pay for and access public transport. Operating across multiple international markets, they provide market-leading payment infrastructure and customer payment solutions to transport operators and mobility providers.
The Role
The business is seeking a Legal Operations professional to help improve efficiency, processes, and scalability within a growing legal function.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing legal workflows, systems, and processes
- Supporting contract lifecycle management initiatives
- Driving legal technology implementation and optimisation
- Developing reporting, metrics, and legal team dashboards
- Improving document management and knowledge-sharing processes
- Partnering with legal, commercial, and operational stakeholders
- Assisting with outside counsel and vendor management
- Supporting the continued growth and maturity of the legal function

Ideal Background
- Experience in legal operations, legal project management, or legal technology
- Strong process improvement mindset
- Familiarity with CLM systems and legal technology platforms
- Experience supporting in-house legal teams
- Comfortable working within fast-growth technology environments
