Our client is a private equity-backed healthcare platform operating across multiple European markets. Backed by a leading global investment manager, the business has experienced significant growth through acquisitions and continues to pursue an ambitious buy-and-build strategy.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing international organisation at a pivotal stage of its development, working at the heart of its expansion across Europe.
The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced corporate or M&A lawyer (circa 10+ PQE) to provide hands-on legal support to a highly acquisitive, PE-backed business.
The role will be heavily focused on M&A activity, supporting acquisitions from deal execution through to post-completion integration. Alongside transactional work, you'll act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on a range of commercial and strategic matters as the business continues to scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting M&A transactions across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Advising on acquisitions, investments and strategic corporate projects.
- Reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, term sheets and related agreements.
- Managing external counsel and coordinating cross-border legal workstreams.
- Supporting integration activities following completed acquisitions.
- Advising senior stakeholders on legal and commercial risks.
- Assisting with the development of legal processes, governance and risk management frameworks.
- Providing pragmatic legal advice across a range of corporate and commercial matters.

About You
- Qualified lawyer with strong corporate / M&A experience, ideally gained at a leading private practice firm.
- Around 10+ years' PQE, although strong candidates outside this range will be considered.
- Experience working with private equity sponsors or PE-backed businesses is highly advantageous.
- Prior in-house experience preferred but not essential.
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and capable of operating autonomously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment undergoing significant growth and transformation.
