Interim M&A Director - (Day Rate - Outside IR35)
We're currently working alongside a leading PE-backed Entertainment businesses in their search for an Interim M&A Director. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 3/4 days per week in the London office.

Our client is looking for this person to lead the execution of multiple deals in a high deal volume environment, putting deal papers together, working alongside the CFO and facing off to the Private Equity investors.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive buy-side M&A experience / a background in corporate development
- Worked within a PE-backed organisation and faced off to the board / investors
- Be able to face off to founders and management teams of acquisition targets
- Be available at short notice
