🚨 Urgent Interim Management Accountant Opportunity | Bristol | Immediate Start 🚨
Charles Maidment from the Hays Bristol senior finance team is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bristol-based organisation for an experienced Interim Management Accountant, to provide essential support during a busy year-end period. This opportunity has arisen due to an unexpected absence within the finance team and requires someone who can hit the ground running from day one.
The Role:
- Support the year-end process, including audit queries and evidence gathering
- Assist with the production of monthly management accounts
- Work closely with a small, collaborative finance team
- Contribute across a UK business with an international subsidiary operation

What's on Offer:
- 3-6-month initial contract
- Competitive day rate (PAYE/Umbrella & experience dependent)
- Flexible hybrid working (c.1 day per week in the Bristol office)

About You:
- Experienced Management Accountant with strong month-end and year-end experience
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to quickly understand processes and add value from the outset
- Available at short notice
