Step into a rewarding Interim Registered Manager opportunity where you can make an immediate difference to children and families. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Manager or Children's Residential Manager who can provide stability, lead with confidence, and maintain outstanding standards within a specialist residential family centre.
You'll have the autonomy to lead an established team, uphold high-quality care, and ensure the service continues to deliver positive outcomes while remaining fully compliant with regulatory standards. This interim assignment offers the chance to make a lasting impact from day one.
Package & Benefits
- Up to £450 per day, depending on experience.
- Immediate start available.
- Office-based role, 3 to 4 days per week in Plymouth.

About the Company
This specialist residential family centre provides a safe and supportive environment for pregnant women and mothers recovering from substance misuse to remain with their children while accessing treatment and parenting assessments. The service is committed to delivering high-quality, strengths-based support that promotes positive outcomes for families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across the residential family centre, ensuring safe, effective service delivery.
- Maintain full compliance with Ofsted regulations and prepare the service for inspections where required.
- Lead and support the staff team to deliver consistently high standards of safeguarding and care.
- Work closely with senior leaders and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.

About You
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, or equivalent.
- Have significant management experience within a children's residential family centre or children's residential care setting.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of maintaining Ofsted compliance and delivering successful inspection outcomes.
