Role Summary
Due to recent leadership changes, our Client is seeking an experienced Interim Manager to oversee their supported living service in Hampshire. This pivotal role is vital in maintaining service continuity and stabilising team operations during a transitional period. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team, uphold high standards of care, and implement any required adjustments to support service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support staff members, ensuring effective day-to-day service delivery.
- Oversee a staff team that includes advanced support workers, deputies, and family involvement in care planning.
- Maintain operational standards for supported living services.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Foster positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements as necessary.
- Support staff development and morale during the interim period.
- Address any operational issues promptly to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adapt to service needs with a flexible approach, including managing staff schedules.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing supported living or similar social care services.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of CQC regulatory standards within social care.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and make strategic operational decisions.
- Familiarity with staff handling in a high-support environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in adult social care.
- Registered Manager background.
- Knowledge of current social care legislation and safeguarding policies.
