Rutherford Briant Executive is looking to speak with experienced interim CEOs who have led construction, property services, or built-environment businesses through periods of change.
We are particularly interested in leaders with experience of:
- Improving operational and commercial performance
- Strengthening accountability across senior teams
- Working with shareholders and investor-led boards
- Business transformation, turnaround, or restructuring
- Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on delivery
- Quickly identifying priorities and turning them into action
