Role Overview

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Interim Multimedia Production Officer role. The successful candidate will produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, photography, and written stories, to support the organisation’s communications and engagement objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create video and photographic content for campaigns, events, and storytelling purposes.
  • Develop written materials reflecting impact, funding stories, and personal experiences.
  • Attend events to capture content and undertake interviews with patients, supporters, and stakeholders.
  • Record and produce films and clips suitable for social media and publication formats.
  • Support the wider communications team in delivering multimedia content across multiple channels.
  • Manage content production in accordance with sensitivities related to personal stories and lived experiences.
  • Coordinate and set up interviews, ensuring high-quality recordings.
  • Assist with publications such as bi-annual magazines and other outreach materials.
  • Use editing software to deliver polished multimedia products, adhering to brand standards.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in multimedia production, including filming, photography, and editing.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of audiences, including patients and individuals affected by the organisation’s work.
  • Sensitive and respectful communication skills, with awareness of storytelling ethics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programmes such as Premier, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Ability to work independently and alongside a small, collaborative team.
  • Confidence in managing content capture at events and conducting interviews.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: £147.94 per day PAYE + £24.54 holiday pay
  • Location: Hybrid – Central London
  • Contract: 6 months
