Who Are We?
Sauce Shop doesn't do average. We make seriously good sauces in Nottingham and we're proud of it — the kind people rave about, hoard, and refuse to share. With sustained growth and ambitious targets, now is a great time to join us in this interim opportunity, which could grow into something permanent.
Come build something with us. Come make sauce history.
🌶️ The Opportunity
We're looking for a commercially sharp relationship-builder — someone who's just as comfortable pulling apart a sales report as they are pitching to a customer over coffee, and who gets a genuine kick out of seeing a brand they believe in land on more menus and in stores. If you're driven by numbers but motivated by people, and you want real ownership rather than a seat to keep warm, we want to hear from you.
This is an interim National Account Manager role in our Food Service Channel, covering for a colleague who's off adventuring for a few months, likely to be 6 months+. But don't mistake "interim" for small stakes — with sustained growth and ambitious targets, this role has a genuine path to becoming permanent, potentially expanding into related channels like Discounters, as this channel is also growing fast.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
