Interim Operations Expert | Packaging Manufacturer | Bridgewater

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is delighted to be supporting this leading European plastic packaging specialist in the appointment of an Interim Operations Executive to join the business on a short-term contract during a period of substantial change.

To be considered for this role you must be able to display deep experience in the following:
- Strong Project Management experience - ideally within site reconciliation. Experience setting up and working with Gantt charts is desirable.
- Strong Operational Experience having operated in an Executive position within a similar manufacturing-based environment.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills - able to engage, work closely with and drive senior-level operators during a period of change.
- Comfortable being based in Bridgewater throughout the week.
