Interim Payroll Manager - 6 month FTC - London - up to £95,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a travel company, who are looking for an interim Payroll Manager, on a 6 month FTC basis. The Payroll Manager will have strong end to end payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage payroll processes accurately within a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Process payroll changes including starters, leavers, salary amendments, overtime, and deductions.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of 3.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Support payroll reporting and reconciliation activities.
  • Liaise with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll issues.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company procedures.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years hands on experience of full payroll processing from beginning to end.
  • Management experience is not essential; however, this opportunity could be the ideal next step for someone looking to progress their payroll career.
  • Able to work in a complex structure, fast paced environment that constantly evolves and has a can do attitude.
  • Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business.
