Interim Payroll Manager - 3 month contract - Hybrid - London - up to £450 per day
Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnered again, with a luxury retailer, that is looking for an interim Payroll Manager, on a 3 month contract basis. The Payroll Manager will have a proven track record of payroll excellence, and robust compliance management, to continuously improve and simplify process and controls. This role is on a hybrid basis, consisting of 4 days per week, in their central London office.

The Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as:
- Oversee end to end payroll processing for UK &RIO, consisting of 650 volume, on a monthly basis.
- Act as the primary contract for all payroll related inquiries.
- Initiate and drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
- Preparation and posting of payroll journals for the company P&L.
- To work closely with HR and Ops to identify best practice and continuously improve process compliance.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years hands on experience of full payroll processing from beginning to end.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Able to work in a complex structure, fast paced environment that constantly evolves and has a can do attitude.
- Analytically driven and responsible for creating innovative solutions to support the business.
- Highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines, and comfortable in a fast paced environment.
