Interim People Advisor (until end October with potential extension) - Leading Charity - Remote - £23.39 per hour (Umbrella)
Reporting into a People Partner
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all employee and volunteer relations matters including absence & performance management, restructures & TUPE, disciplinary & grievances
- Encouraging and supporting the resolution of matters informally and leading on mediation where required
- Coaching and supporting managers through complex people processes with effective tools and guidance
- Supporting People Partners to embed the people experience framework and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Identifying trends on employee and volunteer matters, suggesting and implementing people focused solutions

You should be an experienced People Advisor or an HR Generalist with a track record of managing employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievances. Experience of coaching and upskilling managers needs to be combined with strong communication and influencing skills. Ideally you will have worked in charity retail or a similar fast-paced environment.
