A leading multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Employee Relations Advisor to provide expert HR and ER support across a diverse operational workforce on an initial 3-4 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Employee Relations professional who enjoys managing complex casework, partnering with managers, and delivering practical HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Your new role

Working closely with operational leaders, you will act as a trusted advisor on a wide range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, best practice, and internal policy. You'll provide hands on support across investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, absence management, performance concerns, and organisational change initiatives.

• Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations matters and UK employment legislation.
• Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence cases from start to finish.
• Lead and support workplace investigations, producing clear and accurate reports.
• Coach and guide managers through formal HR processes and meetings.
• Prepare HR correspondence and documentation to a high standard.
• Support long-term sickness cases, occupational health referrals, and reasonable adjustments.
• Identify and mitigate employment risks, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate case management records and documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver commercially focused HR solutions.
