Interim People and Culture Advisor, 3 months - Housing Association - North London - £31.86 per hour (Umbrella)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Advisor to join a Housing Association based in North London.
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture you will support the work of the People & Culture team in providing high quality advice and support to line managers.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Managing ER casework from informal stages and investigations through to hearings by providing advice, support and appropriate challenge to line managers
- Working closely with the Head of People & Culture on casework by ensuring that any organisational risks are quickly escalated
- Developing and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships with all staff including senior management, and union representatives
- Maintaining knowledge of developments in Employment Legislation and HR best practice
- Working alongside the People & Culture Administrator to respond to general HR queries quickly and accurately
- Leading on ensuring all employee data and records are up to date in their People system, Cezanne

You should be an experienced People Advisor or HR Generalist with a track record of managing ER casework. A strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice needs to be combined with excellent communication skills and experience of working with HR systems. Good analytical and numerical skills are also important.
