Interim People Systems & Operations
This interim role will support a PE backed growth tech business and will play a key part in supporting HR systems, employee data, reporting, and operational processes across an international workforce. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders including C-Suite to help ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working while delivering a great employee experience.
What we're looking for:
- Strong HR Operations experience – ideally with a generalist underpin
- Hands-on knowledge of HiBob is essential
- US employee coverage and ideally PEO experience would be advantageous
- Experience with HR system implementations, migrations, or optimisation projects
- Strong data management and Excel skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Great communicator with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Experience supporting UK and/or US employee populations would be a bonus
- Previous exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth businesses is helpful

- Day rate c£500 Ltd co for five months.
- Start: ASAP
- Hybrid working, with 3 days per week in central London office.
