💼 Interim People Partner – Legal/Finance
📍 Birmingham (Hybrid 3 days per week in office) | 💷 Inside IR35
🕒 ASAP Start | 6-Month Contract
We’re hiring! Join our fast-paced, tech-driven client as an Interim People Partner supporting their Legal and Finance teams.
This is a strategic and hands-on HR role where you’ll partner with stakeholders/leaders, support a workforce, and help shape the future of the people strategy.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the go-to HR partner for these business units
- Lead on TUPE, M&As, and policy/process development
- Partner with senior stakeholders including the MD, Ops Director, and Commercial Director
- Line manage a People Advisor and build a strong HR presence in Birmingham
- Collaborate with other People Partners across the business – we value teamwork!

🧠 What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record supporting organisations of 1,500+ employees
- Sector experience in legal, SaaS, retail or technology is preferred
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance business outcomes with professionalism and integrity
- Previous experience working within a private equity-backed environment would be advantageous, with an understanding of the pace and focus on delivering results
- Comfortable supporting a workforce that is largely made up of more junior employees within a highly metrics-driven organisation
- Able to adopt a consultative approach, providing credible challenge, influencing stakeholders and acting as a trusted adviser to the business
- MUST be available to work 3 days/week onsite in Birmingham
