Interim People Partner
Major Transformation Programme | 9-Month Contract | £350 per day (Outside IR35) | UK-Wide Travel
We're partnering with a nationally recognised consumer brand undergoing a significant business transformation across its UK operation.
This is far more than a systems implementation. It's a business-wide change programme that will reshape ways of working, strengthen leadership capability and embed new behaviours across a large, multi-site environment.
We're looking for a commercially focused Interim People Partner to play a critical role in making that happen.
If you love working at the heart of the business, thrive in fast-paced operational environments and enjoy helping leaders successfully navigate change, this is an opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact.
The Role
Working closely with senior operational leaders, you'll drive the people agenda throughout a major transformation programme, supporting implementation, adoption and long-term embedding across a geographically dispersed workforce.
You'll act as a trusted partner to leaders across the operation, balancing strategic change delivery with hands-on people support, coaching and employee relations expertise.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable being out in the business, influencing stakeholders, challenging thinking and turning change plans into operational reality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
